Dish Works to Present Content Marketing for Cider Makers at Mid-Atlantic Fruit & Vegetable Convention

Dish Works is proud to be presenting at the 38th annual Mid-Atlantic Fruit & Vegetable Convention (MAFVC), a gathering of 2,200 fruit and vegetable growers and other industry persons from throughout the mid-Atlantic region—and beyond—in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The convention is jointly sponsored by the State Horticultural Association of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Vegetable Growers Association, the Maryland State Horticultural Society and the New Jersey State Horticultural Society.

Mary Bigham, Dish Works’ co-founder, will be speaking during the “Hard Cider from Seed to Sip” business and production workshop, to be held Monday, February 1, 2016, from 1– 5 p.m. at The Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey. This session, designed specifically for cider makers and the beverage industry, will focus on every aspect of the cider business, including trends in the hard cider market, developing the modern American hard cider orchard, tasting of fruit ciders, hard cider production and more.

In her presentation, entitled “Grow Your Cider Business with Content Marketing and Blogging,” Mary will be sharing her professional knowledge about content marketing and content strategy for the beverage industry, specifically content for cideries. Dish Works, Dish LLC’s culinary content agency, produces customized, professional content for some of the East Coast’s prominent breweries, cideries and wineries.
